They've always listened to what I had to say, done their inspection, let me know what they think, and then done only as instructed. I even passed on a cheaper quote from another place closer to my home simply because even over the phone I could tell the employees at Tuffy cared more! Pat the manager was the most pleasant gentleman I've ever dealt with when its come to car care. Even when I said please do whatever it takes to get my car driving safe again, there were no extra charges over the quote I was originally given. I didn't know how much stress I'd been carrying from how poorly my car drove until they handed me my keys back. My entire week was made just because I chose Tuffy Tire & Auto in Millard!
